Welcome to my mental health blog. We’d like for you to write for us!
I am currently accepting guest posts on my mental health blog. Come write for us and feel free to link your own blog in the form. Please let posts be at least 500 words, but preferably 1000 – 2000 words. The post needs to be mental health related. It can be your mental health stories, mental health discrimination stories, mental health awareness topics, physical health topics that benefit mentally ill people, and much more.
I may edit the content for errors or decline certain submissions. However, I am open minded with what I will accept. You can add a paragraph or two about your own blog, but please make sure you do not include the word count in your 300+ word total.
Another type of writing that will be accepted is reviews of mental health or mental illness related products or services. This could include a suicide hotline service, a therapy service, products that could improve mental health like essential oils and candles, activities that could help improve mental health such as deep breathing or writing, and you can even write about the benefits and effectiveness of consuming certain foods or drinks.
However, don’t try to give people health advice that a doctor would like telling people to get off medication, to only see a therapist twice a week, or that they should eat certain food with certain medications. Although it’s okay to recommend healthy eating, but don’t play pretend psychiatrist.

If you think writing for us is worth it, feel free to fill out the form to submit your articles to my mental health blog. We appreciate all races, gender identities, sexual orientations, cultures, disabilities, veterans, and any other demographic you can think of. As a result of this, posts involving hate of a certain demographic such as the ones listed or any others will not be accepted to my blog and will be deleted. Please do not post hate of any person or disability in my blog.
I require anyone who submits posts to my site that you include any sources used. Please feel free to write positively on aspects of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other demographic and relate it to mental health or mental illness. Posts that write about LGBTQ+ and mental illness or health are very welcome on my site. Now that you know what you can write for us, go ahead and submit a post if you will!
The posts can be informal such as normal speaking voice, or they can be formal like a medical journal.
